Kids First Preschool Update
With all of us more isolated lately, communication has been a bit harder. To catch you up, here’s an overview of some of ways church has looked like inside, and outside, the buildings walls.
KIDS FIRST PRESCHOOL
• Every two weeks or so Ms. Tracey has been visiting each preschooler at home to drop off a Work-at-Home Packet, drop off science experiments (ex: pots, dirt & seeds to plant at home), and a bag of fun activities.
• A private Facebook group is going for enrolled families where videos are posted, books read to the kids and other fun shared activities and resources. Families can post also.
• Students have had fun FaceTime chats with Ms. Tracey!
• This year’s caterpillar unit was through video - updates were posted on the caterpillars culminating with a video of the butterflies being released!
• Resources, manipulatives and books were able to be checked out by families for at home use.
• The school year ended with a Drive-thru Car Parade with decorated cars, popsicles, balloons and buckets of summer fun stuff for each student!
