MAN CAMP 2021 • "BE PREPARED"
Four special times for worship, spiritual growth and transformation are included.

ACCOMMONDATIONS:
Accommodations are bunk houses. If you’re wanting nicer facilities, Wistlin’ Jacks is nearby.
Lodging cost would be your responsibility.
 
FOOD:
It’s Man Camp after all. We have lots of meat and some of the best food you’ll sink your teeth into. Napkins and forks are optional, burps, slurps, and farts are signals of appreciation.
 
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Bedding, towels, personal hygiene products, (no one cares if you don’t shave but we’d prefer if you don’t stink), your Bible, (there is no signal…if you use a digital Bible you’ll need to have it downloaded), whatever special equipment you’ll need for Saturday free-time,  and an open heart and mind to receive truth from the Bible.
 
ACTIVITIES:
We’re a short walk from Boulder Cave. There is an easy hike in the park or just a great place to sit and watch the waterfall.
Saturday from noon until 6:00 pm, the time will be yours.
The campground is a short drive from myriad hikes of all skill levels and Bumping lake is close by too.

Meet Dave Mowry

Special Guest Speaker for Man Camp 2021

Dave Mowry and Melissa (Loen) met at Northwest Nazarene University in 1987.  They have been married for 26 years and Dave has been in full-time ministry for 26 years.  Most recently, Dave was the senior pastor at Twin Falls, Church of the Nazarene from 2012 to 2019.  

Dave was elected District Superintendent in April of 2019 of the Northwest District. Dave grew up in Oregon, Idaho, and central California.  He is proud to be a third-generation Nazarene pastor. Melissa has a passion for teaching and most recently taught English to immigrants at the College of Southern Idaho.  

Dave and Melissa have two children, Camilla (21) and Blake (20). Blake is a student at NNU and Camilla recently graduated from NNU and teaches 5th grade in Nampa, ID.
